UPDATE/DIWEDDARAF: Suspension of Athletics activity extended to Friday 19th June 2020

Welsh Athletics Statement: Following previous statements (on 17th - 24th March and 28th April), Welsh Athletics can confirm this week that the suspension period relating specifically to athletics activity and training has been extended until at least Friday 19th June.

There will be no Carmarthen Harriers club activity in progress during this time, but remember to keep in touch with your coaches for further advice on what you can do at home using training programmes on whats app groups!

Competition and fixtures in Wales remains suspended until the end of June as advertised previously when a further review will be carried out.

The decision to extend the suspension of competition activity has been taken due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and in recognition that event organisers, clubs, athletes, officials and coaches need clarity, advanced notice and time to plan.
