COVID cases, self isolation and attending training Update

Summary Guide: COVID cases, self isolation and attending training:

At present, self isolation is either required for up to 96 hours (pending track and trace) by a school or 10 days by track and trace - in either scenario adults or children should not attend training.

Symptoms:

No athlete should attend training if symptomatic or waiting for the results of a test. In these situations, household members should not attend.

Household members of those self isolating can attend unless advised otherwise by track and trace, they are symptomatic or someone in the household is waiting for a test result.

The numbers of cases are increasing in the county. Observing social distancing and keeping to your training group bubble is essential - please follow the rules and minimise the number of people you have contact with. In particular, when queuing to be registered observe the 2m rule. Getting ill, spreading the virus or having to self isolate for 10 days is not something anyone wants.
