Training Details for the Winter / Gwybodaeth Ymarfer yn ystod y Gaeaf + Harriers in the Press

From October onwards: Training is on whatever the weather

JUNIORS / SPRINTS

The club has booked the sports hall inside the Leisure Centre throughout the winter months (October-March), so if the weather is bad/raining/wet on a Tuesday evening, the 6.00pm - 7.00pm juniors groups will meet inside the leisure centre in the sports hall. Athletes will warm up inside before coaches decide whether to move outside or stay indoors, depending on numbers.

You can still pay at the track entrance or to your coach when you arrive.

  • Training will continue throughout the winter months whatever the weather, whether it is outside or indoors... to prepare & train for the cross country season and other events including indoor competitions.

OLDER MIDDLE DISTANCE

The middle distance group with Delyth Brown & Carol Jones (from 6.30pm) will continue to meet outside at the track unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

All new members are asked to report to the track entrance table first, along with anyone that have any questions/queries.
